Diet: low carbs (little or no pasta, bread, sweets) and lots of fiber.
Took out the trash, Drain-O'd the tub.
Servings: grains 1/6, fruit 1/4, vegetables 3/4, dairy 0/2, meat 4/3, nuts 1/0.5
Breakfast: carrots, banana (~100 calories)
Brunch: eggs, tomato (~200 calories)
Lunch: coffee
Afternoon snack: ramen with vegetables and beans (~500 calories)
Dinner: two sausages, corn on the cob (~600)
1400-ish calories for the day.
Very satisfied/full from dinner, but I left lunch a little too late in the day.
