She talks about working in a copy shop in New York, and how the copy shop was plugged into the local art scene and art students.
That was certainly true of when I worked at Kinkos, with all the CCS and Cranbrook people.
Wish I could remember some of their names.
I even spent a lot of time at that Cranbrook professor's house.
