Summer Pasta

  1. Combine olive oil, chopped garlic, and shredded basil leaves in large bowl. Let sit for 6-8 hours.
  2. Two hours before serving, add chopped tomatoes.
  3. Cook pasta just before serving. While pasta cooks, chop mozzarella. Taking mozzarella directly from fridge will help reduce clumping.
  4. Drain pasta, then mix-in mozzarella.
  5. Mix all ingredients, and serve.
