Sauces
Orange Sauce
- 6 tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
In small pan, combine above ingredients. Heat, stirring frequently, until thick and bubbly.
Ginger Sauce
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2.5 cups broth
Combine ingredients, then stir until sugar dissolves. Can be frozen for re-use.
