A few days ago I got frustrated with the bowing in my 12" carbon steel skillet and decided that maybe the Lodge classic 12" skillet wouldn't be too heavy.
Today, I sanded down a few rough edges and reseasoned it.
It is heavy to lift with one hand, particularly once it has food in it, but I'll work around that.
Today is Mom's nineteenth wedding anniversary with Renny.
