Tried the new grinder this morning.
Still a little sour, but I can go finer!
The timing was better, though.
Maybe tamp more lightly?
Mid-day espresso was a little better (ground finer) but a much slower and still somewhat sour.
Tried a third shot.
Went courser, just to try it.
Flow was much too fast, but the results were barely sour.
Hmm.
I'll try to grind at 1.25 tomorrow.
