Today's total: ~2,200
Rough estimate of daily caloric needs (based USDA DRI calculator): something like 3,200 - 3,500 (seems high...)
Losing one pound needs a calorie deficit of around 3,500.
If I want to lose two pounds per week, I need to keep my daily calories under 2,200.
So, today's meals were reasonable.
