Slept from ten-thirty to seven-thirty, but somewhat poorly.
My neighbor talking all night is starting to really be a problem.
He's not loud, but it erratic, rumbling, unintelligible noise for long stretches of the night.
Last night, he was talking almost continually from eleven to three in the morning.
I wonder if he has a remote third-shift job or if he's talking to friends and family in Asia.
Mostly sunny.
Highs in the lower 40s.
Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
