Today, Congress writes laws at a level of depth intended to communicate the intent of lawmakers, with the understanding that subject matter experts at federal agencies will write regulations to fill in the details.
Near future: either because of reductions to the federal bureaucracy OR as a justification to cut the bureaucracy, Congress has AI draft legislation in excruciating, labyrinthine detail cutting out the role of regulatory agencies and relying on courts for enforcement (courts who maybe also start using AI just to understand the laws).
Rode the exercise bike for ten minutes in the evening.
