Wow, that steak was delicious and easy to cook.
Throwing in butter in thyme during the last minute or two of cooking helped the flavor a lot, I think.
Cleanup wasn't bad; nothing really stuck to the cast iron, and splatter wasn't as bad as cooking burgers.
