So, the potential buyer is unmasked: Beacon Management, a property management company with an existing management team and IT department (in New Jersey).
Spent more than thirty minutes in the cramped conference room with Julie, Jamie, and three Beacon people.
"We were thinking about maybe hiring an IT guy for Michigan."

Maybe I should be anxious about somewhat likely unemployment, but I could really, really use a couple months off after the events of the last two years.
The actual interview went OK, I guess; I think I came off as a competent guy.
Heather says Beacon plans to let all of us know our fates by mid October.
(Being used to the secrecy of H&T, I didn't even think to ask.)

AAA agent says their standard procedure is to simply change the address on the existing policy, rather than write a new policy, even if there's an overlap in occupancy of both apartments.

She says she'll make the change on Thursday, when the policy term starts, and to call her if she doesn't call me.
