Don from Changing Places Movers called me back.
There's a deposit of $400 to save the date, a base fee of $220, and $220 per hour for a three-person crew.
He estimates it should take 5–6 hours to complete the move, to the total will be about $1660-ish (how did he get that total?).
He's penciled me in for October 11.
