Slept from ten-thirty to five-thirty.
Cloudy with isolated showers in the morning, then partly cloudy in the afternoon.
Highs in the lower 80s.
West winds 5 to 10 mph.
Chance of showers 20 percent.
Thirty-minute walk in the morning.
Saw a rabbit and a sharp-shinned hawk.
Would have taken a PTO day today, but have a scheduled call with Heidi and Julie at eleven.
Worked a little from my phone, advised Randy.

Done.
Went into the office to change backup media and do some miscellaneous maintenance.
Took advantage of the wifi to buy a couple Kindle books and order groceries.
My Internet service may not be restored until Sunday or Monday night.
Julie says most of the potential buyers they spoken to (they've already spoke to multiple!) are keen to keep the management together.
Not sure if that's true, or she's just trying to keep us from jumping ship before the sale closes.
Saw a monarch butterfly on my way back from the office.

Fun, but no Patrick O'Brien.
Washed laundry, changed sheets and towels, washed dishes.
Hooray — my Internet service came back around 8:20 PM, a little more than two days after it went out.

Brunch: banana, egg and cucumber sandwich, coffee
Dinner: orange, macaroni and cheese with broccoli and sausage
