Thirty-minute walk in the morning.

Heard a mourning dove, crickets, and cicadas.
Saw a cardinal, a rabbit, and a bee feeding on a tomatillo bloom with its tiny proboscis.
Feeling somewhat tired and emotional today, despite getting an OK night's sleep.
Just one of those days, I guess.

Done. I have the executed lease. Good.
I called Somerset, and spoke to Kayla (?) about whether my lease is all set (and getting a counter-signed copy).
Transferred to Shay.
She says I've done everything I need to do for now (though I'll need utilities and renters insurance before move-in).
She executed the lease while we were on the phone; I got a copy by email.
Man, Hill Street Blues had some great guest stars!
