Jim had to take a COVID-19 test.
Thirteen days to get his results back.
He's OK.
He got seventy voicemails one day about Portal sign-ups.
Shay and Julianna helped a little.
A lot of the calls come through the main office number (Sherri) first, maybe because that's the number on our website.
**Ask Sherri to forward those calls to a ring group?**
How would voicemail work? All left on the QA voicemail would be no worse than the situation now.
