Slept from ten-thirty to six-thirty.
Ugh, woke up to an inch of snow on the ground.
Cloudy in the morning then becoming mostly sunny.
Highs in the mid 30s.
Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph.

While yak shaving, I rediscovered LXQt.
Gave it a try.
Not bad.
Better than Gnome or KDE.
Maybe slightly lacking features, but not aggressively ugly, chaotic, or over-simplified.
It gets the basics right.
- virtual desktops/workspaces supported
- shortcut keys can switch between workspackes
- windows can be minimized
- minimized windows don't get cycled during Alt-Tab
- task bar can be set to show only windows from current desktop
LXQt: not amazing, but solidly good.
Chatted briefly with Jay and Ed on Signal.
Man, all the Phandalin townspeople are straight-up video game quest givers.
