Driving over that bridge on 13 Mile east of Lahser, I noticed the Rouge was full enough to slightly overflow its banks — fuller than I've seen it since I was a little kid. Whatever (apparently significant) rain fell last night, I slept through it. Work: - Patch Tuesday Done. - Move everything off floors for carpet cleaning Done. Twenty-minute walk at lunch. Hot. Saw one of the flying charcoal grasshoppers (Carolina locust?). The stream behind Pointe didn't look swollen. Hm. Home: - Return Yvonne's call Done. - D&D stuff Done. Started watching Homecoming, which is much better that the exceptionally mediocre The Enemy Within. Jennifer Carpenter is always fun to watch, but The Enemy Within doesn't give her much to work with.
