Slept from midnight to six, then went back to bed after a couple of hours until eleven.
High of seventy and mostly cloudy today.
Goals:

Vacuumed, put away dishes, changed towels and sheets, put away laundry, etc.

Why is UTF-8 _not_ the default character set in Firefox?!
At least it can be set in `about:config` with `intl.charset.fallback.utf8_for_file`.
Apparently, the HTTP 1.1 specification dictates defaulting to ISO-8859-1 (Western) — dumb.
Worked on creating a collection of OD&D annotations.
