Slept from around ten-thirty to seven. Woke briefly around three.
High of seventy today and sunny.

Found a utility called `stress` which is handy.
Looks like the stock Intel cpu fan and cool are capable of cooling the cpu.
The firmware "AUTO" setting are just poor.
- Replace payment method with corporate debit card for Twilio, OpenCNAM, Amazon AWS, GoDaddy
Done.
- Clean up office

Took another fifteen minute walk after work. Nice out. Saw a little white butterfly and a cat relaxing in the sun.
Bought dinner for the next couple of nights at HoneyBaked Ham.
Vacuumed, changed sheets.
Breakfast: carrots, mixed greens, yogurt, coffee with half-and-half
Lunch: Thai catfish
Dinner: ham, potato salad, broccoli salad
