Slept from around eleven to seven. I don't think I woke at all in the night.
High of eighty-six. Mostly sunny. 30% chance of thunderstorms this afternoon.
Goals:
Work:
- Polish a couple of things on emergency maintenance code, update README
Done.
We've had a T1 that's been up and down for six days. AT&T has totally abandoned any pretense of maintaining their copper network.

"video conference bridge" seems to be the search phrase to use when looking for Google Hangouts replacements.
Home:
- Work on D&D mini rules
Done.
- Post more dungeon rooms to Twitter
No.
Took a fifteen minute walk after I got home from work. Cooler with the sun behind the clouds, but still humid.
Yvonne called to let me know how it went today. Sounds like it wasn't a fun outing to Ann Arbor. Dad was tired and grumpy. The doctor was not especially encouraging. Without treatment, he estimates about six months. A committee of doctors will meet at the end of the month to review his case, and decide whether to recommend treatment or not. The doctor did say that U of M strongly disagrees with the radiation method Beaumont favors. Overall, it sounds like dad and Yvonne are both exhausted, and they didn't learn much. At least they went. If he never got a second opinion, we'd have always wondered if there were unknown/better options.
Breakfast: spinach, carrots, coffee, cinnamon roll
Lunch: Thai
Dinner: leftover hamburger, potato salad, etc.
