Slept from around eleven to seven, although I woke up a couple of times.
Sunny and eighty-five today.

Seems to be OK.
Karina had her baby at 1:30 in the morning. Adeline Louise. I sent her and Eric a congratulatory email.
Went to Subway for lunch. Fifteen minute walk afterward. Hot, but not as humid.
Home:
- Check up on dad
Sent a text message to Kate at two o'clock. She hadn't heard anything yet.
Yvonne called me. They're still waiting for test results.
Breakfast: coffee with milk, carrots, spinach, an egg
Lunch: Subway steak sandwich with horseradish sauce on wheat
