Slept from a little after ten to a couple of minutes before seven.
We're supposed to get a couple of inches of snow today, possibly some rain, and couple more inches of snow over night. High of thirty-six.
Goals:
Work:
- syslogging
Done.
Basically working on most of the linux boxes.
Still need to look at a syslog client for the Windows boxes.
Ten minute walk at lunch. The heavy snow has combined with stinging hail.
Spent some time looking at Unbound on pfSense.
Add entries to /var/unbound/host_entries.com, and then:
# unbound-control -c /var/unbound/unbound.conf reload
(Of course these only last until pfSense restarts/restores from its xml file.)

- Set up rest of desk
Done, although I'm not entirely satisfied.
Also, still need to do some major cable management and decluttering.
Read a chapter of The Victorian Internet, and went to sleep just after 10:30.
