Slept soundly from about eleven to seven.
A little snow on the ground this morning. Scattered flurries and a high of thirty-two today.
This is my first day of vacation.
I realized yesterday that my daily "Goals" have stretched into more of a to-do list. I had intended them to be the one or two thing I really want to get done.
What do I want to get done this vacation?
- Get blinky in-line as my firewall
- Play a session or two of OD&D with Ed
- Laundry and clean out old clothes
- Clean out one or two closets
Today:
- Clean kitchen and bathroom
Done.
Wiped down the counters in the kitchen and bathroom.
Mopped the floors.
- General tidying
Cleared the dining room table, watered plants, vacuumed, etc.
- Get the ipfw rules for blinky roughed out
No.
- Do a load of laundry
Done.
- Read some Castle Gargantua
Just a couple of pages.
Took out the trash before dinner, and got in a short walk. It's a pretty and pleasant day out, despite the smattering of snow on the ground. Partly sunny, with a half moon in the blue sky.
