Tue Jul 21 09:20:38 EDT 2015 Slept well. High around eighty today. Sunny. Goals: Work: - Review invoices Mostly done. - Order switches for Hazel Park Done. Home: - Work on Zerapis Done. Questions: - What sort of moth/butterfly did I see on my walk? How does one tell a moth from a butterfly? http://www.loc.gov/rr/scitech/mysteries/butterflymoth.html "A butterfly’s antennae are club-shaped with a long shaft and a bulb at the end. A moth’s antennae are feathery or saw-edged." I saw a butterfly. At rest, ghost-white wings with dainty round black spots. Though I caught a hint of blue in flight. Smallish. Might have been a pair, although only one observed at rest. It was Glaucopsyche lygdamus. http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species/Glaucopsyche-lygdamus
