Slept from around midnight to eight
High of seventy-nine today. Rain.
I went back and looked through my saved mail on the vps. `/var` had been filling up for a couple of months, and I just failed to notice. I really should set up working outbound mail at some point. I guess it's also time to upgrade to OpenBSD 6.0 too.
Goals:
- Clean kitchen and bathroom
Done.
Wiped down the counters, cleaned the toilet, mopped floors.
- Vacuum, tidy, etc.
Done.
Vacuumed, dusted, wiped down the table, etc.
- Dinner at dad's?
Had the bulk of my chores done by noon.

Took a twenty minute name in the late afternoon.
Went to dad's from six to nine. Dinner with Yvonne, Kate, and Isla. Ryan's working; his new restaurant recently opened. Dad's bad. Yvonne said he hadn't eaten at all today. Hospice set up a hospital bed for him in the living room. He barely stirred or opened his eyes, although I think he knew Kate and I were there. Kate's pissed that none of the brothers have been to see him. I mentioned we're playing D&D tomorrow; she said she wants to play some time.
I wish I could do something for dad.
Took a twenty-five minute walk after I got home. It cooled off to seventy degrees. Half moon showing through the clouds. Chirp of crickets and the susurration of leaves.
Breakfast: carrots, mixed greens, coffee with half-and-half, chicken pot pie
Lunch: macaroni and cheese
Dinner: spaghetti with meat sauce
