Slept from ten to six without waking.

High of twenty-five today and partly sunny.
A spotty dusting of snow in the morning.

Finally switched over to the winter parka.

- Check if HAProxy does throttling
  Done.

  Done.
- Order two monitors for Megan
  Done.
- Order SSD for Becky's laptop?
  Done.
- 2 PM security camera meeting
  Done.
- Make notes about Linux `tc`
  Done.

Apparently HAProxy does rate limiting on the number of requests, but not Kbps-type traffic shaping.
Looks like I'll have to dust off my `tc` notes.
