Slept from around eleven to six-thirty. Woke briefly around four-thirty. Could have used another half hour of sleep.

Foggy this morning. High of sixty-three and sunny today.

	  Done.

Turned out to be a busy morning.

Thirty minute walk at lunch. Blue sky with wispy clouds. Cool but now uncomfortable, even without a coat. Hear a blue jay. Saw a crow-size black bird with a white undertail flying low.

	  Done.
	  Finished up through the forth level m-u spells.

Breakfast: carrots, mixed greens, yogurt with berries, coffee with half-and-half
Lunch: nuts, ice cream
Dinner: sausage and pepper sandwich
