Slept from ten to six-ish.

Seventy and sunny.

Goals:

    Work:
    - Manager meeting at two o'clock
      Done.
    - Set up outbound email from gab for alerts
      Done, partially.
      Outbound to port 25 from an EC2 instance doesn't sound like the best option.
      We really should enable port 587 to nostromo anyhow.
      Port 25 is for (unauthenticated) SMTP communication between Mail Transfer Agents.
      We have also been using port 25 for submissions from clients, but shouldn't.
      Port 587 is for authenticated clients to submit mail to the Mail Submission Agent.
      In short, the MTA (25) accepts incoming mail, while the MSA (587) accepts outgoing mail.
      I enabled submission on Postfix.
    - Change rent on Lancaster redec units
      Done.

Thirty minute walk at lunch. Warm and mostly sunny. Saw three turnkey vultures, a seagull, and a crow. They've been doing a lot of work at that former car dealership across the street. Yesterday I saw a little boy gleefully watching the heavy machinery work on the parking lot in a nearly Normal Rockwell-like scene. Mr. Hartman says it's going to be some kind of truck service center.
