Wow. December 31 already.

Slept from about 12:30 to 9:30.

Cloudy with a high of thirty-three today. Thirty percent chance of snow and drizzle.

Goals:

    - Do laundry
      Done. Two loads.
    - More work on iocage and haproxy on blinky
      Done. Just about there.
    - Drink a little champaign (but don't go to bed too late)
      Done!

New year's resolutions:

    - Read more (non-technical stuff), and keep track of what I read
    - Keep up my walking
    - Draw more

I checked work email, and was saddened to hear that Craig Taylor passed away yesterday.

Went for a twenty-five minute walk before dark. Gray. It's winter. Not a leaf on tree or shrub, and a scattering of ice left over from the other day. Still, not unpleasantly cold. Saw a large group of starlings roiling overhead.
