Slept 9:30 to 5:30 without waking.

High in the mid eighties today. Thunderstorms likely this afternoon.

      Not finished, but progress.
    - Order more multi-function printers
      Done.

Good to know: iPads like printing to CUPS shared printers.
I had an iPad user today who happened to be able to print because I happened to have printers shared from my linux workstation. Hmm.
Maybe I should install CUPS on a server for future use....

Hmm. How is anything able to see my printers through iptables (which I have pretty locked down)?
Ahhh. It looks like I never set up ip6tables on this workstation.

Happened across the review that explained the puzzling typography in the Lombardo translations:
    "One innovation that is less successful though is Lombardo's handling of similes. Wherever Homer goes off on a tangent describing some action of a heroic character as something like another more familiar behaviour of animals or common folk, Lombardo isolates the verse, indenting and italicizing it. His rationale is that it makes the comparison a kind of whispered aside, not disrupting the main narrative. However, while this may work in performance, in text on the page it creates a visual diversion."
