First play session

This is a summary of the action from the first play session of my Call of Chthulu adventure the Young Twits. Five players (each playing two characters) paticipated in the four hour gaming session.

The characters each receive an invitation for a weekend-long party at Borogove Hall from their friend Bertie Wooster. The purpose of the party is to celebrate the eccentric life of Bertie's recently deceased uncle, the Hon. Henry "Choo-Choo" Benning.

On the way to Borogove Hall, located in a rather rustic part of Wales, the characters are delayed by a washed-out bridge. Blank discovers that the bridge was sabatoged. Jeeves helps the other characters ford the river, while Lady Bella Norman transports their luggage in her plane. Bertie is no help at all.

Arriving Borogove Hall, the characters are greeted by the butler, Farnsworth, and Alexander McCall, executor of the Hon. Henry Benning's will. They have little time to chat, however. A group of aggitated local laborers pushes intothe house.
