Slept from ten-something to six-something. I feel a little tired.

High of eighty-six. Slight chance of thunderstorms after one o'clock.

Set the Roomba running before I left the house.

Treated myself to Starbucks this morning.

Bah. I'm having trouble concentrating today. I suspect the beers I drank last night had a negative impact on my quality of sleep. I gave up working on iptables stuff, and fished some cables for Julie's video conferencing station and mounted the tv instead.

Twenty minute walk at lunch. Warm and humid. Saw two dragonflies, a morning dove, a turnkey vulture, and a dark colored heron flying in the distance.

    - Call AAA to renew car insurance (why don't they offer electronic payment?!?)
      Done.
    - Read more Around the World
      No.
      Interesting that Verne wrote the books for which he's best remembered early in his career.
    - Fix tumblelog?
      No, but looked at it a little.
      Hmph. Man, I haven't touched blelo in a long time. It's still a Mercurial repo.
      Not totally sure I want to bother fixing this.
      Sigh. I guess I should fix it.

Took another twenty minute walk when I got home. Still pretty hot and humid. Saw a pair of small woodpeckers.

Breakfast: cafe latte and sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich
Lunch: almonds, an apple
Dinner: pizza

Not doing so great on the dinners.
