Wed Jan 20 07:41:53 EST 2016 Slept from after 10:30 to nearly six without waking in the night. Could have used another half hour though; woken again by asshat idling his loud car outside my window for half an hour. High of twenty-two today. Snow amounting to less than half an inch. Goals: Work: - Convert filesystem on storage Possibly unnecessary. Initial issue fixed, but we may or may not want to convert for other reasons. - Consider necessity of private CA No. - Review invoices Done. - Schedule PTO for doctor's appointment Done. - Fix friede backup Done. Twenty-five minute walk at lunch. Cold, but not as bitterly so as the past couple of days. Light snow. Icicles on a black gutter: piano keys. Home: - Read Done. Read a chapter of my pre-algebra refresher. - Work on D&D auto adventure/auto DM generator No, started twitter @dungeonroom instead. See below. - Go to bed early Ten o'clock. Not bad. Wait, weird. I could have sworn I've experienced a problem with cwm where moving or resizing a window out from under the mouse cursor causes the focus to fall through to the window beneath. However, I just tried it on my work machine, and it's fixed. Moving or resizing away from the cursor drags the cursor along (which is maybe the only reasonable way to fix the issue with cwm's model). Is this something that got fixed recently, or does it work differently on my home machine, or is there some particular circumstance where it doesn't work? ... Works OK at home too. Looks like the cwm package hasn't been updated since April 2015, so if this was fixed it wasn't fixed in cwm itself. Scott Driver popped back up on G+ today, and has been posting on his blog recently. I hope I get a chance to play with him again. On a whim, I created: https://twitter.com/dungeonroom http://save.vs.totalpartykill.ca/blog/four-letter-word/ "There has to be a trade off made when your goal is tweet-sized room descriptions."
