Gah. Went to bed before eleven as planned, but I woke up at two in the morning and couldn't fall back asleep. My own fault; I drank too much, ate too late, and didn't walk yesterday. At four, I gave up on falling back to sleep.
At some point after 8 AM I went went to sleep, and slept until 2 PM. I feel fairly rested, but my sleep schedule is probably jacked up now.
Frustrated I haven't gotten NAT working for FreeBSD jails yet.
Vacuumed. Took out the trash.
Went for a walk around sunset. Golden light of later summer. The moon was out, behind a haze.
Finally got NAT to FreeBSD jails working. Nice. I wish the Handbook covered this; it covers using ipfw with natd but not with the newer ipfw kernel nat. Still, reading the explanation of the natd config gave me enough understanding to get it working (I had not properly intuited skipto action).
