Slept pretty well, although I went to bed a little late.

Goals:

    Work:
    - Research Exchange backups
      Microsoft says that live snapshots aren't supported, but the warnings aren't as catastrophic sounding as those for AD.
      MS even says that live migrations should not be done.
      Since we have a single Exchange server, and one mailbox store NOT in an DAG, snapshots may not be too risky. On the other hand, since we'll be shutting down one AD server at a time to back those up, (and incoming mail being cached by our smarthost) it wouldn't be a big deal to do the same for Exchange.
    - Do rent increases for at least one property
      Done.
    - Follow up on final bank integration
      Done.

    - Does rxvt let me search scrollback history?
      Ah! Yes! `man rxvt`:

       searchable-scrollback: keysym
           Sets the hotkey that starts the incremental scrollback buffer search
           (default: "M-s").

      How did I not ever bother to look up something so useful before?!
